Ingredients:

Yarrow, Ginger, Rosehips, Lemongrass, Spearmint, Astragalus, Echinacea, and Thyme

 

Instructions:

Add one tablespoon per 8 oz of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for ten minutes on medium heat. Let steep for ten minutes. Strain. Add honey to taste.
