Ingredients:

Elderberry, Echinacea, Astragalus, Nettle, and Peppermint

 

Instructions:

Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of water. Bring water to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Steep for 10 minutes. Serve with honey and/or cream.
