For those tricky periods when sleep doesn’t come easily, a slumber-inducing soak is an ideal ritual. The soothing heat coupled with these calming ingredients will have you ready for lights out in no time.

 

Ingredients:

Lavender Flowers, Chamomile Flowers, Calendula Petals

 

Directions: 

Hang your bag from the tub’s nozzle. Turn your water on hot and let it run over your bag of herbs until your tub is half full. Then adjust your temperature to fill the tub the rest of the way and  toss your bag into the water as you soak.
