Valerian Root, Skullcap, Passion Flower, and Chamomile Flowers
Instructions:
Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of water. Bring water to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Steep for 10 minutes. Serve with honey and/or cream.
BENEFITS:
This bedtime tea can be a good a great addition to a nightly bedtime routine. It can be especially beneficial for people who have difficulty falling asleep or winding down before bed. However, keep in mind that bedtime teas are not the answer for severe cases of insomnia. Consult your doctor!
